NAD+ IV Infusions will take approximately 2-5 hours depending on dose and if you pick any add-ons from the list below. You may experience nasal congestion, chest tightness or palpitations, stomach cramping, or general warmth during the infusion. If you experience these symptoms, the infusion can be slowed down. â€‹
